Buongiorno! I was listening to a podcast from the Oprah Super Soul Sessions (my new favorite) recently and I heard one talk that really resonated with me about becoming conscious of when/how frequently we feel lack. It’s so easy to get swept up in wanting more and more in multiple parts of our lives and I’m working toward transitioning that mindset into gratitude and feeling like there is already “enough.”
