Holiday Gift Guide For Her

I’m very excited to share with you my first ever holiday gift guide for today’s post—woohoo!  I gathered a bunch of cute things on here in a variety of price ranges that I’ve either had my eye on, or have already snagged! Some gifts are pricier than others, but I tried to choose something for every kind of lady in your life.  P.S. 1. Spiritual Gangster | Warrior Beanie | $38

I’m so into this brand lately.  They’ve taken the classic graphic shirt concept to the next level with their beautiful quotes and fonts and ultra comfy pieces.  Spiritual Gangster specializes in athleisure, loungewear, and active wear but makes some pretty sweet accessories too like this simple but unique beanie.  Nothing like a little reminder on your clothing to be a warrior all day everyday.

2. Merona | Kona Backless Mule Loafers | $22.99

I have been wearing these everyday since finding them in August.  I actually first bought a similar style from another store but these are even more comfortable and durable.  I love how classic they look and how they go with everything (or maybe I just make them go with everything since I tend to get hooked on one pair of shoes for months at a time).  Either way, a wardrobe staple for sure at an insane price.

3. Jen Sincero | You Are A Badass How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life | $5.85

I feel like I’ve been saying this a lot lately about the books I’ve read, but You Are A Badass takes the cake.  By far the most influential read of the last year at least and it’s written in such a relatable, witty way that you can’t help but get hooked.  It’s one of those red-it-ten-times-before-everything-sinks-in kind of reads, which I love.  Usually the profound self-help books have a more serious tone, but Sincero sounds like your friend telling it to you straight and trying to help you out.  Could not suggest this more.  It’s perfect for a friend or coworker.

4. FitBit | Flex 2 and Bangle | $59.95 and $99.95

A little over a year ago, I purchased the FitBit Flex 2 to give the whole activity tracker trend a “go” and I was so pleasantly surprised.  I didn’t think I’d like it since I’m not particularly in a super workout-y period, but it is so much fun to track my daily steps, active minutes, and sleep time and quality through this subtle little bracelet.  I was going to go for the Apple watch, but it just looks too athletic/bulky to me and I knew I’d never want to wear it with a girly outfit or a sundress in the summer.  So I went for this thin and simple version of the FitBit and can wear it with anything! It comes with a rubber bracelet, but I sprung for the gold bangle too and pop the tracker into it whenever the bracelet is visible with my outfit.  I kid you not, I get so many compliments on the gold bangle.  I’m always self conscious that it maybe doesn’t look like a “real” piece of jewelry, but people actually like it, and it complements my outfits perfectly.  (The bangles are also available in rose gold and silver.)  It just has lights indicating your steps, so no little screens for the time or heart rate monitoring but I chose it for that reason.  It doesn’t blow up your fashion game and is a fun thing to incorporate into your day.

5. AsaVea | Hair Straightener Brush | $47.99

I am so intrigued by this product and may have to pick one up for myself.  (Sidenote: I spend the holiday season half on the lookout for cool gifts for my friends and half buying stuff I don’t need for myself — anyone feel me?)  I will admit that I judged the straightener brush concept when it first dropped, but now I think it could be so cool for just smoothing things out more easily and quickly.

6. Luv AJ | Amalfi Tube Hoops | $55

Luv AJ has been my favorite jewelry company for some time now.  I wear a few real gold pieces every single day, but as far as jewelry I wear that’s not real (some earrings and the occasional necklace) I always look to this brand.  They have the most dainty and trendy pieces in gold, rose gold, and silver.  The L.A. brand is all about layering and they have a stunning and unique aesthetic.  I’m a gold lover myself, and I have several pairs of earrings (including the small version of these hoops) from that I wear just about every day.  High quality and different pieces that not everyone has!

7. Emi Jay | Smooshshirt | $136

My sister brought this one to my attention after seeing it on Oprah’s Favorite Things 2017.  This is the priciest piece of my guide but it is reportedly the softest fabric to ever touch your body.  I’m intrigued.  The Smooshshirt has a matching Smooshpant (!) that appears to complete the most comfy and amazing loungey or travel outfit.  They are available in a few neutral colors so they can be mixed and matched too.  I feel like this set is the 2017 version of the velour sweatsuit.  Sold.

8. Dresscode Tech | Coding Bracelet (and lesson) | $40 – $50

This is an amazing and incredibly innovative product that just burst onto the fashion tech scene.  First you buy the bracelet in gold, rose gold or silver that reads “I am” followed by a word in binary code.  Then you enter this code into their website and unlock its meaning along with a free coding lesson!  I personally could have used one of these bad boys a looong time ago to save myself some big webite-building headaches, but I’m thrilled to have it now.  There are so many women and girls out there curious about building a website and delving into the computer science world, and this adorable piece of jewelry can lend a fashionable hand.

9. Swarovski | Crystalline Stardust Pen | $29.90

As a self proclaimed stationary addict, I obviously had to mention this item again.  I adore my sparkly crystal pen and I think it’s a safe bet that any student or professional would too.  It feels really nice to have a gorgeous, special pen to study or work with and it’s not something that everyone has already.  Definitely an off the beaten path gift that is sure to impress any lady in your life!

10. Victoria’s Secret | The Afterhours Satin Pajama Set | $72.50

Comfy stuff is always a great way to go for the holidays.  I always welcome fuzzy socks, cozy loungewear, and pajamas and silk PJs are next level.  The Victoria’s Secret pink striped silk PJs are a *classic*.  They have a bunch of different prints but this one is the original and just ups the chic level of any current PJ game.  I’ve been on the hunt for a new set of silk pajamas and have quite frankly been astonished by the price point out there.  These VS ones are very reasonably priced and I don’t know any woman who wouldn’t want to snuggle up in them.
